To connect your Google Calendar with your center(s), please follow these steps:

  1. Log into math-admin.appointy.com

  2. Head into the App Store through the toolbar on the left

  3. Select the ‘Google Calendar’ tile.

  4. Click on ‘Manage’ against the center you want to connect your Google Calendar against.


  5. Click on ‘+Connect Another Calendar Account’.

  6. In the subsequent pop-up, select the Google Account that you are looking to connect.

  7. Uncheck ‘Create Meeting Link’.



  8. If you are looking to sync all sessions on Appointy to the connected Google Calendar:

    1. Click on ‘Manage’ against the ‘All Appointments on Appointy will be added To’ setting

    2. Select the Calendars that the appointments should be synced back to

    3. Click on ‘Update’

  9. If you are looking to sync all events on Google Calendar as blocked hours on Appointy:

    1. Click on ‘Manage’ against the ‘All Event from Calendar will marked as blocked’ setting

    2. Select the Calendars that the events should be synced from

    3. Click on ‘Update’
