Guardians/guardians will be presented with an error message that reads, “You are not allowed to schedule here” whenever the system is not able to confirm whether the Guardian is allowed to book sessions at that center or not.
Following are the two cases in which this issue can arise:
The email ID that was initially linked to their account was changed down the line and the guardians try to access the system using the previous email ID.
Guardians are trying to log in to a center they're not assigned to.
