The system only allows guardians to cancel a session when they’re using a browser in which they’re logged in to their Appointy account. This is to ensure that an unauthorised user can not cancel sessions of other families.
If a user attempts to cancel a session in a browser session in which they are not logged on to Appointy, a message appears on the bottom of the cancellation tab saying ‘Cancellation not possible’.
To use the cancel button from the confirmation email and cancel an appointment, guardians must be using the browser in which they are logged in to their Appointy account.
Once logged in, guardians shouldn’t have to login every time to perform updates to their booked appointments.
My guardians are reporting that they are not being able to cancel sessions even when they are within the cancellation window. Why is this happening? Print
