1. Certain time slots might appear to be available on the admin calendar but can be unavailable for guardians. This is mostly because there is ‘unavailable time’ added to the calendar.

  2. Unavailable time is a period of time during which a center/instructor is blocked off from being scheduled for any sessions at all.

  3. To check if there is some ‘unavailable time’ added to the system, please follow the steps given below: 

    1. Go to the calendar section from the toolbar on the left side of the screen.

    2. Click on ‘+Add Filters’ from the left side of the screen. 

    3. A list of filter options will show up. 

    4. Apply ‘Show Block Hours’ filter appearing on the top of the list.

    5. Check for the time slot that’s not available for guardians to book. A light pink box with the title ‘Unavailable time’ along with the start time and end time of the block  should show up if that time slot is blocked in the system.

  4. If you would like to delete an Unavailable time block, please follow the steps given below:

    1. Click on the unavailable time block for the system to open a details panel on the right.

    2. Delete the unavailable time block using the bin icon in the top right corner of that panel.
