To edit email templates of a center/ for all centers, please follow the steps given below: 


  1. Head into the ‘Settings’ section using the toolbar on the left side of the screen.

  1. Go to the ‘Notifications’ section under the ‘Customizations’ tab. 

  1. Find the notification that you want to edit. You’ll be presented with two options based on recipients for each type of email notification. 

    1. Staff Notifications

    2. Customer Notifications

  1. Click on the ‘Customise’ button beside the email notification. Click on ‘Email Format’.

  1. Click on ‘Edit’ to edit the email template. 

  1. Choose the elements that you want to include in the email from the toolbar on the left side of the screen and make changes accordingly. 

  1. Click on ‘Save’ to save the new email template.
