Please follow the steps given below to cancel recurring appointments as an administrative user:


  1. Find the appointment from the series of recurring appointments that are to be cancelled. You can use the following sections to search for the appointment(s) that you are looking to cancel:

    1. Calendar section

    2. Appointments section within a student profile

    3. Reports section



  1. To cancel an appointment, click on the relevant appointment. This will open a details panel on the right side of the screen. 

    1. Click on the bin icon at the top to cancel this recurring appointment. 

    2. A pop-up opens that allows administrative users to decide whether they would like to inform the parent through SMS/Email/Both/Neither as well as enter the reason for cancellation. 

    3. Once the admin user has made their preferred selections, click on ‘Confirm’.

  2. As the user clicks on ‘Confirm’ to cancel the appointment, the system will show a pop-up window if the appointment being cancelled is in a recurring series of appointments.

  1. When cancelling a recurring appointment, users will be presented with the following three options:

    1. This Appointment: This option only cancels the appointment that was selected and not any other appointment in the series.

    2. This and following appointments: This option cancels the selected and all appointments beyond the selected appointment in the series.

    3. Edit all appointments in the series: This option cancels all appointments in the series, including any appointments in the past.

  2. Users can click on any of the above options and click on ‘Confirm’ to cancel the appointment(s) that meet the aforementioned criteria.
