Follow the steps given below to add an appointment directly from the calendar:  

  1. Go to the ‘Calendar’ section from the toolbar appearing on the left side of the screen.

  1. An appointment can be added directly from the calendar in two ways: 

    1. Click on an available seat to add an appointment.

    2. Click on the plus ‘+’ button on the bottom right corner of the screen to add an appointment.  

  1. Select the session type, instructor, and the date on which the appointment needs to be added. Select a start time for this session. End time would automatically get populated depending on the selected session type duration. 

  2. To put a recurring booking, click on the ‘does not repeat’ button. A drop-down menu with recurring options will show up. 

  3. You can choose to repeat this appointment daily, weekly, monthly, annually, on weekdays, or set a custom repeating pattern. 

  4. Enter the student’s name for whom this appointment is to be booked.

  5. Check the box against ‘Notify by email’ to send a confirmation email to the guardian. 

  6. Click on the ‘Save’ button to add this appointment.
