Follow the steps given below to add an appointment directly from the calendar:
Go to the ‘Calendar’ section from the toolbar appearing on the left side of the screen.
An appointment can be added directly from the calendar in two ways:
Click on an available seat to add an appointment.
Click on the plus ‘+’ button on the bottom right corner of the screen to add an appointment.
Select the session type, instructor, and the date on which the appointment needs to be added. Select a start time for this session. End time would automatically get populated depending on the selected session type duration.
To put a recurring booking, click on the ‘does not repeat’ button. A drop-down menu with recurring options will show up.
You can choose to repeat this appointment daily, weekly, monthly, annually, on weekdays, or set a custom repeating pattern.
Enter the student’s name for whom this appointment is to be booked.
Check the box against ‘Notify by email’ to send a confirmation email to the guardian.
Click on the ‘Save’ button to add this appointment.
