Follow the steps given below to manually trigger a password reset email for a particular guardian:
Go to the ‘Guardians’ section from the toolbar appearing on the left side of the screen.
Use the search bar directly above the list of guardians to search for the guardian for which password reset email needs to be sent.
Click on that guardian’s row to open their details.
Use the envelope icon (second from the right, top right corner of the screen), to trigger a password reset email for this guardian.
