Follow the steps given below to add instructor and add availability for your center:

  1. Go to ’Settings’ from the toolbar appearing on the left side of the screen.

  1. Open the ‘Instructors’ tab under the ‘Organization Settings’ section.

  2. Click the ‘+’ button on the top right corner to add an instructor. 

  1. Add name, email, and assign center to this instructor in the information box that opens up. If you would like to use a single ‘instructor’ to manage the availability of your entire center (mega instructor concept), we would recommend setting the name of the instructor as the name of the center and providing a dummy email address.

  2. Click on the ‘Next’ button to move to the next screen where the system will ask you to allocate a capacity to this instructor (or mega instructor). Allocate the capacity and click on the ‘Next’ button to move over to the next screen.

  3. The system will ask if you want to assign session types and availability to this instructor. Click on YES and proceed through ‘Assign session types and add availability’.

  1. You will see that availability can be configured in two ways:

  • Weekly Schedule - This method lets users set availability that will recur on a weekly basis. 

  • Custom Schedule - This method lets users set date-specific availability. This availability can be set to not recur or recur on a conditional basis.  

(Users can add weekly and custom availability to the center schedule. However, if added one after the other, the system will add both the availabilities )


  1. Select the days you want to set availability for. 

  2. Select a start time, end time, and capacity for the selected days. 

  3. Select the session types that you want this instructor to provide sessions for.

  4. Click on ‘Finish’ to save this instructor and his/her availability.
